What it is: A social media and conversation analysis of the boutique hotel, Inn at the 5th. This is a group project for a Strategic Public Relations Communication class.
Purpose: To help Inn at the 5th better utilize its social media platforms and generate positive conversation from its customers.
My part: Analyze Inn at the 5th’s Pinterest and TripAdvisor pages, as well as its competitors. Once the social media and conversation analysis was complete, my group and I presented our findings to the client.
Results: Received positive feedback from the client.
